The ABC Inclusion & Diversity Committee has a 4-part series for you, designed to provide the opportunity for members to articulate a clear understanding of diversity, culture, and inclusion. The on-going engagement workshops will provide participants a diverse view of understanding and consideration of strategically pursuing diverse partnerships to grow personally and professionally, while creating a more inclusive working environment.

We begin our round table series with a discussion about Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity. These words have become increasingly prominent in today’s work place.  We will look at what they mean individually and how they interact with and impact each other.

DEI Self Assessment award process: The session will discuss the history of the award, the importance of taking the time to self-evaluate your company and assisting attendees in the completion of the award application.

Companies attending the seminars will receive additional points on their company I & D Award Application in 2021. One point for each session, five points for attending all 4.
