This seminar will focus on procedural aspects or pitfalls of filing, prosecuting and defending a Mechanic’s Lien action in Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maryland. The Mechanic’s Lien action will be discussed from both a Contractor and Sub-Contractor perspective.  Emphasis will be placed on the Mechanics Lien and Construction Bond process.
