This seminar will cover the basics of policies required in construction contracts, including CGL, Umbrella, Worker’s Compensation, Professional and Pollution polices. Attendees will develop an understanding of why insurance requirements are typically included in construction contracts and why additional insurance coverage is important. The seminar will also explain waivers of subrogation and other terms. Jonathon has presented similar seminars to ABC Chapters in New Jersey and Washington, D.C.
