This course focuses on general communications with a focus on generational differences in the workforce. This was specifically asked for by the group. It also included training on different communication styles, understanding how different people communicate. It also includes tips on understanding your own communication style and using the right style for each interaction and individual. I also added workforce planning and the future of the workplace post pandemic.
